  • Located directly on Pamlico Sound, enjoy an island getaway at this tastefully decorated sound front end unit at the Southwind Condominiums on Ocracoke Island. Southwind I is part of a small four unit complex located within easy walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, shops and galleries.

    This two story townhouse offers two waterside decks with views of Pamlico Sound, Portsmouth Island, passing boats, kayakers, birdlife and amazing Ocracoke sunsets.

    3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths: 1 with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with 2 Twins. Den with Double.

    Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 5 cable TVs and DVD player. Washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play.

    The exterior offers two decks, hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. Shared shallow water pier with ladder (not for boat dockage). Covered parking.

    Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

    No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles.

    Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
