"There were lots of amenities because of the water slides and pools. Our room had ants and it. A lot of ants. There were some on the bed and then from the bathroom into the little futon room. The bed didn't have a ton so we didn't complain. We just cleaned it up. There was also a stain across the sheet. The parking fee was very high and I do not feel that Expedia did a good job highlighting it otherwise I would not have chosen this hotel in the first place. "

"The hallways were never vacuumed. The sliding door to the balcony was broken. The doors to the master bath wouldn’t close. The toilet in the second bath wouldn’t flush. No hand soap in the bathrooms. We had to ask for enough bath towels for each guest in the room multiple times. Mattresses are very comfortable. The room was a great size and our room was clean but the hallway outside our room was very dirty."

"Has a great time with my wife for our honeymoon. Other than the fact that the room has an off smell like there stale smell from mopping water... we enjoyed our stay."

"We love the Dolphin and the Swan hotels. We have stayed at these properties numerous times because of the location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The hotels are beautiful and the amenities are wonderful."

"We enjoyed our visit and taking part in the tennis drills. Everything was fantastic until the night before we left and someone new moved in next door. They had loud music and singing. The front desk did say they had quiet hours. Fortunately, it eventually stopped and we were able to sleep before our early flight out."
