Izabela in restaurant area was amazing . What a wonderful human being . Had one issue, my son brought in food and bar tender told us we could eat in bar. We were only people in bar. Then some rude manager came in and told us to leave. Fine . Now no one in your bar. Make sure you are ok same page as workers .

Excellent location for exploring Amsterdam, right next to Leidseplein, few mins from Rijksmuseum, canal tours, easy walk to Vondelpark, inner canal ring, Anne Frank House etc. Close to many bars and eateries/restaurants. Trams stop just outside. Good choice foods at breakfast (buffet only, not cooked to order). We ate elsewhere in the evening, so can't comment on dinner. Nice clean room, large shower, comfy bed and pillows.

The hotel was good, food was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The sauna and stram room were great although it wasn’t one once. Paid for breakfast on arrival and on check out, an oversight in recording rather than anything else.
