"It’s an adorable house tucked up on a hill. When you walk in, it feels like a true vacation getaway. The interior design and flow of the house is beautiful and extremely welcoming. There was some confusion at first with how much we would be charged because we were bringing our dogs, but they did not end up adding on any additional fees. We appreciated that as the advertising really flashes being dog friendly and there was nothing in the description indicating additional pet fees. The beds were quite comfortable and each room had its own air-conditioning unit which helped control the temperature. There was a little bit of a moisture problem. If we left our suitcases on the floor, everything was damp the next morning, so make sure you use the luggage racks. I do think the housekeeping team could do a little bit better. We ended up going around and sweeping the corners of the ceilings because there were quite a few harmless 8-legged guests that we didn’t want hanging out with us all night. I will say, it’s really tucked away in the trees, so it doesn’t surprise me that there’s a bit of wildlife exposure. I’d also recommend guests wash the dishes and glassware again according to the host recommendations (and give the fridge an extra wipe) because they weren’t totally clean. Ultimately, we had an excellent start and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Next time we’re definitely doing the haunted Ringling house tour!"

"Tracy’s cottage was quaint and cute! Just the right size for us Three Sisters to spend 4 days catching up on news. We couldn’t have asked for a cleaner, more comfortable gathering place!We loved the zoo and the awesome front porch swing. Lots of fun restaurants nearby!Tracy was helpful and prompt to reply to any questions.Thank you Tracy, for your hospitality!If we ever wander your way again we hope you’ll let us stay again!"
The Baraboo Hideaway

"The home was spacious for the 13 of us who stayed. Table and chairs for all of us to be seated and eat at once. Dishes, glasses and silverware supply was fine. However, if you plan to cook meals, it had only 1 saucepan and only 1 large serving bowl. Did have one large pot if you were having corn on the cob. Did have fire pit but no wood. Bring a hair dryer if you use one. Pool table and game room had lots to entertain kids and adults. However, foosball table was broken. Pickleball, large yard and patio was great. Was handy for Baraboo activities and The Dells too. It certainly provided everything our family needed. Very enjoyable stay."

"This place was perfect for what we had in mind. Centrally located to several tourist spots to partake during the day and the perfect place to get back together for a meal and family time. We had no reason to contact the owner, but their name and phone number were available should the need arise. The house was stocked with all the essentials needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable."

"Nice property, close to food and shopping. Front desk not staffed all the time, so bit of delay getting checked in, and could not find my reservation, seems computers were not getting synced with hotels.com data correctly. But they got me in a room anyway and sorted it out later. Rooms are good sized, though most are 2nd floor. All the ground level rooms appeared to be long term occupants living there? Not sure. Nice pool if you like that sort of thing, washer dryer right be office."
