"Bad experience trying to cancel my las night after 3 nights of staying due to my daughter getting injured skiing, but they didn’t even try to refund at least a part of the last night. One of the best features of the hotel is its pool: it has a wonderful view on the mountains, it is “inside/outside,” heated and has a shallow kids pool section, it has a bar, and a wonderful sauna.
