Very chill location
I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience.

Some of my favorite eating places I’ve enjoyed are Ocean’s 11, Ocho Rios Jerk Center and the bar across the street. I have not tried the Italian place as I always like to try more of the local Jamaican restaurants. Looking forward to hosting you again next time you visit the Ocho Rios area.

Spacious and quaint
We had lots of roo..to spread out ample space for 6 women to get in fron of the mirror and use the bathroom! Lovely views and small private beach. Everyone was welcoming and helpful..grest communication with the host! Thank you

New year Getaway
The condo was as described with plenty of room. The housekeeper was very responsive and helped us with a driver and anything we needed. The condo staff was helpful. It was amazing to wake up and look out from the balcony to see the blue water. We had a great time looking for crabs and shells from the beach cove. Very convenient for the restaurants across the street. Thank you for the hospitality.

Beach Side Condo
The property personally for me was a three star, the reason I say this is due to the interior and the furniture and fittings, the location was beautiful as was able to watch the sunset on a few mornings. And the beach was stunning. As I had a family with young adults and there only being one TV was a big problem for us. Also the WiFi was not strong at all. The kitchen and bathroom was adequate. The property is in need of a make over but still ok. the staff are so helpful and nice though, literally go far and beyond and Jodiann was very pleasant. We experienced a storm and leaks were a issue, so these issues need to be addressed. Hot showers were lovely though.

I am sorry you missed the listing details which mentioned that we just have 1 TV in the living room which was a key factor for your young adult family. A key part of us acquiring our Jamaican vacation home is to enjoy the beach, pool and surrounding excursion areas and allow ourselves good relaxation/resting time while in the rooms (hence no TVs in bedrooms). As discussed, we’ve reached out to Flow (our internet provider) to troubleshoot the internet. Lovely
Well located. The security at the condo is amazing. We felt safe and they helped us get taxis. Outside you can walk to stores and restaurants and even a small beach.

Our family had such a lovely time here! The property was exactly as described. The beach allowed for awesome snorkeling and the pool and property were very well kept. The security guard and all staff were very friendly, and it was also very convenient to be walking distance from a small grocery store. The host was so quick to respond to all of our questions. I highly recommend and would happily stay here again!

Great vacation!
We were so happy staying here! The unit was easy to get to, restaurants and small stores across the street, taxis were easy to flag down, the unit was very clean and we had a balcony overlooking the small private beach and pool. Jodian met us there and was very flexible, the maintenance staff and security were helpful and they even cut down fresh coconuts for us. It was quiet and all other tenants were respectful. Ochi downtown was about 5 miles from this spot, dolphin cove, blue hole, and other attractions are about a 10 - 15 min ride. The locals were kind and helpful with directions. We spent quite awhile in the Ocho Rios Markets on Main St. We will definitely return to this condo for another stay!

Excellent Paradise Stay!!!
Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing!!! The listing is completely accurate. The entire rental was clean and comfortable. I love that all the bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms. The views from any room are amazing!! The pool was clean and goes up to 8 feet. The gazebo is perfectly placed for the sunrises and sunsets. The cove is my absolute favorite part. The water was usually just perfect and is like a private natural swimming pool. The area was calm, peaceful, and quiet. Soga, the owner, was an great in that he communicated very well with me before and after I booked and stayed in constant communication with me to ensure a smooth check in process. His housekeeper Jody made sure the unit was cleaned and ready on time and checked in on us the day after check-in to ensure we were satisfied. I would definitely be booking with Soga in the near future. Overall, I highly recommend this condo/apt.

Family Vacation Stay
We enjoyed our stay here at Chrissan's Beach Resort. The view from the balcony and the access to the ocean is unbeatable. Our family isn't one to stay put at a resort, and the location of the property allowed us to easily head out to various excursions each day. The daytime security guard was so helpful in getting us transportation whenever we needed to go somewhere. It was a perfect place to enjoy time with our adult children in a beautiful country.

We enjoyed our stay at Chrissan’s. It’s a low key spot, not super polished but very clean condo and well maintained overall. It has a cute cove where you can snorkel and see a surprising number of fish- lots of babies- it’s like a nursery, but we also saw some larger fish and even an octopus! That and the pool were great for our group after spending our days at local excursions and beach clubs. A few things had changed from the listing- neighbors in resort next door put up a privacy fence next to the gazebo which was a slight bummer because it obscures the view of the sunset. Also, a couple of the restaurants were closed, but there were still two options across the street and a small market. We only went to the one Italian one on our first night in a pinch. (It was fine but we weren’t really looking for Italian in Jamaica- they did have good red snapper though- lol). We hired a driver for the week and the location of Chrisann’s is really convenient for excursions to blue hole, rafting, dunn’s fall, along with a really great restaurant called Miss T’s and a cute beach club called bamboo blu. All in all thought this was a nice option for us and for anyone looking to stay away from the big all-inclusive resorts and feel a bit more down to earth Jamaica

Paradise in paradise

Kennadee's sweet sixteen Jamaica take over
This villa was perfect, we can for my daughter's sweet sixteen. The view from the villa was spectacular. The house keeper Jordian was a wonderful cook. The night security guard Okel was very attentive and make us feel very safe. I will definitely stay here again.

Our party of 4 adults and 4 kids (8-12 year olds) had a great stay in Ocho Rios! The view was lovely from the condo and the pool area. Building staff was very friendly and helpful when we need local info and overall we had a great stay! Take note there are no clothes washing facilities at the property and no dish washer but those were both easy for us to manage for a one week stay! Everything else we needed was there including beach towels! Thank you for a great visit to Ocho Rios!

Loved the Beach & Pool
The property is lovely, small beach but at least there is one. The bedrooms are very large in size and each bedroom has a roomy bathroom attached. There is also a tv in each bedroom but we never used it. We just congregated in the living room, kitchen or balcony where the internet connection was the strongest. Caution the balcony railing closest to the ocean has a break in it should not be leaned on for safety. Also the dishes are not microwaveable safe and we had to save our take-out containers to reheat our food or reheat food in the glass coffee cups. Overall nice place to stay.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation
We shared this great condo with another couple for a 10 night stay. We had a marvelous time! The condo is spacious and well laid out. The bathrooms are all updated and good size. We loved the balcony deck which seats 4 comfortably and has beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed lounging on chaises by the water and swimming in the cove. The staff is friendly as are the other guests at the resort. We had a rental car & greatly enjoyed the local restaurants, especially Evita’s and the Almond Tree in The Hibiscus Hotel. The housekeeper was responsive when called but was not in regularly to clean up.

Reunion after 50 years! Dorothy J.
My friends and I returned to Jamaica after 50 years. We met each other when we lived and worked in different parts of the island then. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - it was perfect for our needs, and so beautiful, to be able to enjoy our breakfast overlooking the ocean from the balcony, swim safely in the little beach area on the property, and enjoy a Red Stripe while watching the sun go down from the gazebo. The property is clean and spacious, and was great for our group. Soga put us in touch with Mr. Dean, who drove us wherever we wanted to go, He is kind and attentive, and we would all highly recommend his services to anyone who chooses not to rent a car. Soga is great at communicating, answering any and all questions, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay here!! We hope we can come again!

Awesome Trip
We had an amazing stay, condo was very clean and spacious, the view from the condo was amazing. We opened the sliding glass doors and their was a beautiful breeze. It was so relaxing . WiFi and air conditioning worked great. Location of condo was perfect, Restaurants and activities were close by (only about 10 minutes drive)

14 year Anniversary and Meet and Greet of new family through marriage
We had a great time. The unit was perfect for us. My husband and I could stay on 1st floor In the suite and my son and his wife and my grandson could have the whole upstairs. I loved the pool and the beach being right there. We found everything we needed. And Jodin was very helpful. Soga responded quickly to any of my many communications. I would recommend to anyone visiting Jamaica near Ocho Rios.

Great Stay for our Jamaica trip!
The condo was exactly as it stated online. Truly relaxing, great location, easy check in process, wonderful staff at this facility. Plenty of space for a family of 5, in this updated & very clean 2 story condo with a balcony overlooking the pool right next to the ocean. I could listen to the waves all night long. There is Gated security that allowed us in-and-out of our facility as we did activities around Ochos Rios. JodiAnn, was a delight as she checked us in, cleaned our unit daily and even helped cook us a traditional Jamaican home cooked meal. Soga, the owner, was very responsive by email and checked on us regularly to makes sure we were doing OK. Best to rent a car as you are 10 min from town and will have freedom to get around. I would definitely recommend this place to any one looking for a hidden Oasis in Ochos Rios - St Ann Parish.

Perfect Views....
We loved our stay, the views are beautiful and the beach cove is perfect. My kids loved the pool and the staff at the facility are super nice. The condo was perfect, we used the balcony more then the inside. The cable isnt perfect but when you have the balcony no need for TV. The internet seemed slower in the evening and upstairs. Had a great experience at Boom Beach doing the Bonfire, dinner and entertainment. They picked us up right at the condo and then brought us back. It is a must the food was exceptional!

The condo was very and in a good location.
We had a great time staying here. There were 4 of us but it can easily accommodate 6 people. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. There are a few nice beaches close by as well as Dunn River Falls. The owner of the condo is very organized and great to work with! When I asked the owner about a taxi from the airport he suggested Mr. Dean and gave me his number. Mr. Dean was wonderful and took great care of us all week!!

Amazing peaceful vacation
The owner Soga was extremely responsive via email and text during the entire time. On arrival, we were able to have an easy early check-in and the condo was immaculately clean. The 3 bedrooms are huge with very, very firm mattresses and all 3 baths have been updated with beautiful new tile. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed- coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pans, dishes etc. The condo is literally 20 steps from the ocean which made the view and sound of waves at night amazing- every room has an ocean view. Very picturesque, peaceful grounds to take in breathtaking sunrises and relax in the beautiful pool This is a safe gated community with a security guard and a 5 minute drive to Ocho Rios. The only problem we had was the downstairs toilet leaked so we turned the water off to it and let Jodi know...I now noticed a previous guest experienced the same issue. Must do's: Dunns River Falls/ Mystic Mountain - 10 min Bamboo Beach- 3 min and it feels so secluded like the movie Castaway To eat: Oceans on the Ridge- the very best view around/great food, Miss T's Kitchen- very eclectic atmosphere/great food, Margaritaville- great view on the beach/surprisingly decent food. Avoid the overpriced "restaurant" across the street. Overall an amazing place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful vacation in Ocho Rios.

Quiet and lovely space
Our family had a very lovely stay at this condo. The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful and the pool is delightful. Our driver, Mr. Dean, met us at the airport and was the best driver we could have had. He was a tour guide and knew good places to eat. We were met by Jodi, the housekeeper, when we arrived at the condo, which was clean and cool. Jodi shopped for food for us and also recommended a cook. Our only problem involved the downstairs toilet which was unavailable for two nights. In sum, we enjoyed our holiday spent here and will have many memories for years to come.

It is a great place to stay. Very spacious with 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom
Jodian the housekeeper was great about checking in with us daily to see if we needed anything. The only complaints i have is that the wifi went out 2 days into our week stay and wasnt fixed until 5he day we left-i know that they were working on it the whole week though, and the other is the pots and pans are okay-burn very easily, it made it difficult to prepare meals. The views were fantastic though, you can see the ocean and wake up to the beautiful sunrises and ocean waves crashing.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice!
My friends and I came to Tower Isle to celebrate my 40th birthday. This was my second and their first time in Jamaica. The first time, I stayed at a large resort and I'm so glad I stayed at Chrisanns this time! It was literally a private, tropical paradise! If we didn't have to leave the resort for food, we would have never left. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. Jodi, the housekeeper was very sweet and helpful. Marvin and Oshea made us feel secure, and Trever kept the property clean as well as prepared a delicious and authentic Jamaican meal of curry goat, rice & peas, and the best fried cabbage I've ever eaten in my entire life!!! The only issue we really had was that the cable didn't work on the 2 downstairs televisions, which were only used for background noise anyways. But the staff responded immediately to any and all concerns/questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, peacefully charming oceanfront property in Ocho Rios. The location is right on the shoreline and the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore, was one the most mesmerizing and relaxing sounds ever. This place would be great for families with children, couples, or anyone that wants to get away and relax. Soga, the owner was easy to communicate with and extremely informative. Thanks to EVERYONE for making my 40th birthday weekend so amazing and memorable!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO STAY AGAIN!!! ONE LOVE!!!!

Great place with awesome views
My family and I had a great time here. The place was spacious, very clean and had a great ocean view. Everyone was very helpful and there is great food across the street. We will stay here again when we come back.

Great Property
I had a good experience with Soga. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The complex is located in a great place. The staff at the residence were welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for an authentic experience and enjoy mingling with the locals, this place is for you. I would suggest renting a car if you want to really get around quickly. I would stay here again!

A home away from home with heavenly scenery
I spent some time there over the weekend and it was a remarkable experience, It's well situated close to the town area accessible the the major amenities that are needed. The ambiance of the unit is superb, the layout and furniture that has been used in the units are all cutting edge and in line with the trend of the modern units that have been used in this modern society. In terms of security the property is situated close to one of the Area Force Division of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), so regular patrol has been done by them to ensure that the residence in the property is well accounted for. The unit is situated to the back of the premises so the noise of the traffic does not in any way affect my peace and tranquility. I'm actually adjacent to the sea and that is a good look. The price that is paid for the property is a steal and is far worth more than what I paid for it bearing in mind that all the amenities are included. I am planning on going back as my wife and I really enjoyed and love the property, it was my birthday and honeymoon experience and it was indeed an experience that I will never forget. I would encourage everyone to try it, its clean and nice close to the beach, neighbors were approachable what more could I ask for. Its indeed a home from home with heavenly scenery. I recommend it to everyone that I see. Already I've booked a next stay in October with a couple of my friends.

Beautiful Condo in the perfect Jamaican Setting
Our family of 5 LOVED our stay in this unit at Chrissan's. This is the PRIME unit, beautifully refurbished and decorated, with the best location on the property. Soga was great at communication and helping us with any questions or needs that we had. This condo is huge and we were very comfortable with 3 large bedrooms and 3 beautiful bathrooms. The unit was clean and it is on the very end of the building so you get a great view of the Caribbean and also the pool. Such a private feeling in this oasis. You fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the crashing waves. Our kids were so excited to be able to have cable on the televisions so they could watch the World Cup. The air conditioners in the bedrooms kept us comfortable day and night. We truly enjoyed our vacation here. The buildings are very secure in a gated community and 24/7 security guards on the property. If you wish to drive your own car there, there is plenty of parking. There are even a few restaurants within walking distance. The beach shore at Chrissan's is a little small but just down the street is HIGHLY recommended private Bamboo Beach which you can get a day pass to for $10/person that includes a rental of a beach bed and personal server if you wish to order from the bar. It's fantastic. The location is great. a few minutes from downtown shopping in Ocho Rios one direction and a few minutes to Dunn's River Falls and more attractions in the other. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Enjoy your stay, No Problem!

Adorable place
Communication was excellent - even days before we arrived. Our host gave us every detail of information we needed to get to the place and access it. Our local manager/assistant was very kind and helping as she knows the town very well. The apartment was really spacious. The kitchen provided everything we needed. We had two bedrooms, each having a (huge) bathroom attached to it. And we could spend the rainy hours on a nice balcony. However, what’s absolutely priceless is the sea view. If you wanna find out about it, I absolutely recommend this place to stay.
