Had issues with my room but the staff addressed them promptly, gave me a room change, not gonna bash or say exactly what my issues were. The food was just ok which was disappointing I didn’t eat much at the resort. Bartenders were amazing. Shout out to Kenny and Keino. Loretta from entertainment was awesome. Location was wonderful. Towels were dingy looking but not stained or spotted. Whole hotel needs to be renovated and housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning. Overall I would return because of the staff. Andre at the bell desk was a sweetheart, the staff is the real gem at the resort.

Room didn’t like the vanity water from faucet always wetting the floor
Over all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely be a return guest and would recommend to my friends.
