5 minute walk to sandy beach and Oceanside Pier!
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach townhouse. Enjoy the waves with a large ocean view roof top deck complete with built in grill and comfortable seating around a gas fire pit, the best place for morning coffee and evening wine. Walk or bike to local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, yoga, rock climbing gyms, the library, and the public transit center and the Oceanside strand.
The Space:
This property can easily accommodate 6 to 8 people plus more day guests. It has 3 floors with a spiral staircase and about 15 steps between levels. Ground floor has a 2 car garage and laundry room. The first floor has living room with sofa bed, half bathroom, fully equip kitchen and dining room that seats 8 people. Second floor has all 3 bedrooms with 4 beds total and 2 full bathrooms. Third floor is the rooftop with a built in gas grill, plenty of dining seating, outdoor sofa and gas fireplace; this is the best place to capture the ocean views. Also, air conditioning in all living spaces and strong wifi throughout all floors.
