"House was well loved. Pots and pans could use a replacement but kitchen was well stocked, house overall was clean had plenty of full size beds for more adults to sleep comfortably. I think they have an animal living there or staying occasionally so just a heads up for those with allergies! Owner was responsive and we had no issues!! Great rental! "

"This house was perfect for our family vacation - spacious, nice decor, quiet neighborhood and very clean. The outdoor space is very special - a covered porch with nice sized table and also a stone patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating. Monika and Edwin have thought of everything - kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals with plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Having the sheets & towels and the use of bikes, beach toys, etc is an added bonus. We especially appreciated all the clear instructions and advice. We bought the wrist bands for pool/clubhouse use, and it was well worth it. Everyone was so nice and friendly, especially the hosts. "

"We stayed in this property for a bachelorette weekend with 9 women. It was in a great, quiet location with a grocery store down the road and a short trove to Bethany beach. There was plenty of parking and the garage was very convenient. The house met all our needs and was able to accommodate everyone. The only inconveniences we had to work around was having a dining table for only 5 people and using the extra mattress on the floor. There was coffee table seating in the living room just below the open kitchen dining table so it worked for us, but wasn’t perfect. The house was in very good condition and clearly well kept. We did use the rental linens and we did not have any issues with them, it was just inconvenient to have to make our own beds. The host was very nice and responsive to questions. Overall, everyone was satisfied with the house and I would stay here again. "
