Thank you for considering our home for your next Delaware beach vacation! We are located in a townhouse community overlooking the Indian River Bay with close access to the Atlantic Ocean. Our 3 level, 3 deck, 3 1/2 bath home is tastefully decorated and has panoramic views of the bay. Beautiful, wood-grained porcelain floors recently installed on the main level, fresh paint throughout, new carpet on the 3rd level AND updated kitchen through remodel with new appliances. Our home includes a 34 foot boat slip with an accessible ramp so you can enjoy evening sunset cruises, watersports, and some of the best salt water fishing on the Eastern Shore. We are minutes away from downtown Bethany Beach, state parks and an abudance of dining options. Hockers grocery, G&E Hardware and Big Fish Grill restaurant within walking distance. Make Bethany Beach the destination for your next family vacation!

Beach time with the grandkids

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Beach with our grandkids. The townhouse was close to the beaches. One day we drove to Assateague State Park to see the wild horses. The townhouse is close to restaurants and shopping and the onsite pool is a bonus.

We have stayed at this property for years and we have a great time every time we stay here. Great location close to everything, we bring the boat and have great time going out into the bay doing some fishing and then cruise over to Paradise Grill for lunch. 5 out of 5 for sure!

Great location

This vacation rental was close to restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores and the beach. The addition of the water view was a plus. On the 3 rd floor balcony I could watch the sun rise. Having 3 separate floors helped to give everyone their space. We would love to come back. We will need to find a larger home next near to accommodate another son and family.

Fantastic Time Again

This was our 4th time staying in this property. Its so comfortable and accommodations are just as described. We had a few shut-in days due to the weather but it was still great. So much space and plenty of rooms/ decks for “me time”. The area is great as well. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away. Owner is very reliable and open to communication from time of booking to checkout. I would highly recommend it.

The home was as stated. We enjoyed the 3 floors that helped all of us find time to ourselves. 3 outdoor areas helped as well. The closeness of the pool was appreciated since we used it every day. It was very convenient that extra parking and the dog area were so close to the home. The surrounding bay was an added eye catcher to us. I was able to use the bicycles and kayakes. It was a new experience on the bay. We usually go on streams or rivers, The neighborhood and Yacht Basin Road toward the bay was perfect for my dog walk. Our family is hoping for a repeat visit in 2024!

A hidden gem

This was our first visit to beautiful Bethany Beach, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The Marina is tucked away on a lovely little outlet with lots of birds and plants. Our kids really enjoyed the community pool. The townhome was immaculate. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. You can tell this place is loved year round, and the owners really care about the guest experience. From the decor, to the beach and water gear, to the well stocked kitchen essentials…nothing was left out! I loved enjoying my morning coffee on one of 3 decks overlooking the marina, and the kids enjoyed the many games and puzzles the owners provided. This is a must see. If you’re on the fence, just book it! The joke of our trip was “everything is 7 minutes away!”

Bethany Marina community is a very good location, with travel times to many popular activities of less than 30 minutes: the beaches, kayaking, shopping, restaurants. This townhouse was perfect for our family with the lower floor for the couple with a dog and one year old baby; the common middle level for kitchen and social, and upper level bedrooms. The decks give a nice view of the marina docks, and Indian River Bay.
