Bring the whole crew. Aylens Escape was designed for large families and multi-family beach trips who want space to spread out, easy access to the beach, and plenty of activities for kids, including the indoor & outdoor pools.

Located in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood in Ocean View, the home is just minutes from several beach options including Bethany Beach. Families love that the playground sits right next to the home and kids can safely ride bikes or play outside.

One of the biggest perks of Aylen’s Escape is access to the beautiful community clubhouse, which includes indoor and outdoor pools overlooking the scenic bay, plus a game room with vintage arcade games, billiards, and ping pong.

For weekly stays, clubhouse and pool access is included at no extra cost.

For stays less than one week, the community requires a separate clubhouse access fee, which is based on the number of guests and days of use. If you’d like access during a shorter stay, just let us know and we’ll help you get everything set up.
