    Just two miles to Bethany Beach and a stroll to the community's pool, tennis and clubhouse (with fitness center), this spacious two-story 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation home in gated Bethany Lakes features 3,200-square feet of vacation space to accommodate your next Coastal Delaware adventure. The first floor is home to the living room, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath and deck (with new grill), while the second floor features a full hallway bath and the four bedrooms, including two master suites. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.4 flat-screen TVs, DVD, gas grill, Wifi. Plus, high chair & Pack n' Play (courtesy item not guaranteed). Things to know The outdoor amenities are open mid-June through Labor Day. The exercise room can be enjoyed year-round. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
