This charming home is thoughtfully divided into three separate one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, each with its own private entrance. While these units share the same roof, they do not share any indoor space, ensuring that you enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay. Each unit is individually designed and self-contained, providing you with the comforts of home while allowing you to enjoy the communal charm of staying in a beautifully renovated property.

The Vincent Unit B offers an inviting retreat and is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as vacations with friends and family when renting one of our other two private units on the property.

Step inside and discover a serene bedroom featuring a plush King-size bed adorned with luxurious linens. There is also a Smart TV for watching your favorite shows while in bed.

Ideal for our Cruising The Coast 2024 adventure. Within walking distance of downtown Ocean Springs. Everything was very clean, host communication was on point. Would definitely recommend to other couples.

Convenient Location

The location is central Ocean Springs. Listing is accurate. Very comfortable bed. Property was clean and well kept. Several activities within walking distance including a museum, beach/bay, park, scenic neighborhood, bars, restaurants, pizza parlor, and shops. Short drive to Biloxi and casinos.

Wonderful place

We came down for the Mardi Gras Parade. Location was great, easy walk to everything. Communications with the owners was easy on the app, and they were quick to respond. It was very nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parked my girlfriends car at the house and my truck in the very convenient parking lot across the street. Will definitely book here again. We come to Ocean Springs a few times a year.

All around great!

We took a quick last minute trip. Usually that means you will not get the best place to stay. Just the opposite here. We loved the Vincent. Very clean and everything we needed was here. Close walk to all of the places we wanted to go. We will definitely stay here again and tell anyone we know who may be coming about this place. The owner was very helpful up front so there was no need to contact him during our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful for a weekend away! My husband and I throughly enjoyed staying here. Perfect location to enjoy all downtown Ocean Springs has to offer. Everything was walkable. The unit is adorable! Enjoyed sitting on the porch with a glass of wine and listening to bands playing in nearby restaurant. We will be back!

Wonderful experience

This was the cutest place we have stayed in Ocean Springs. It was walking distance to everything and the host was so easy to get in touch with when we had one minor issue with the internet. It was fixed immediately. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

Whoever cleans this place did not clean the floors. There was something (not sure what) on the bathroom floor. It was obvious to the eye. Secondly, the unit we stayed in was hot! The unit couldn’t keep up and the thermostat is not very user friendly either. Other than that it was a great spot. I love the front porch to just sit and people watch.

The property was in a great location, close to everything. The only issue we had was the AC . It was not working properly, very hot in the unit. I texted the property manager & he was quick to respond with suggestions to try on the AC unit control. Nothing seemed to help with the temperature in the unit . So sleeping was miserable. The property manager was quick to respond to my many texts & has let me know that the owner is refunding money for my stay & a discount for a future stay with them .
