Luxury Bayou Experience is a meticulously maintained three-bedroom property not far from historic and artsy downtown Ocean Springs and the beautiful beaches of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.



Luxury Bayou Experience provides all the comforts you need. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family lounging around your own private in-the-ground pool (available to heat for a small fee)! NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!



The Space:

*** Electronic pool waiver MUST be signed prior to check-in***



Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean space with all the conveniences of home. The Luxury Bayou Experience features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances featuring an industrial double-sized stainless steel refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your own meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots. A family of eight can be seated at the dining table overlooking the pool.



The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV, and also provides an extra place to sleep if needed. TV has YouTube TV, HBO Max, Peacock, Hulu provided.



In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King size bed with Smart TV and a private bathroom featuring a large glass walk-in shower and luxurious soaking tub.



There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and Smart Tv, and the other with bunk beds (one full and one twin mattress).



The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, and out back in the fully fenced-in yard, you will find an in-the-ground pool and an outdoor kitchen. There is also a 200-square-foot pool house with an air mattress if needing additional sleeping space.



While at the Luxury Bayou Experience you’ll feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself nearby the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.



***Pets are allowed for a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bring a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***



***Please be aware before booking that seven people is the most that can be on the property. A waiver will NEED to be electronically signed for all people on the property. It is not meant for social gatherings. The guest limit will be strictly enforced***



***The pool heater is turned on by request 48 HOURS BEFORE arrival for a small per stay fee and will be set at a cozy 80 degrees***

Guest Access:

Our guests have access to entire home themselves



The Neighborhood:

The Bayou bar and grill is half a mile away with fantastic food, waterfront views and live music. Lake Mars pier is great for fishing and is also located half a mile away.



Getting Around:

Drive way is big enough for three cars. Road to the right of the house can accommodate additional parking for a boat or RV if needed.

***Liability waiver due to the pool must be electronically signed before the access code is given. Not doing so before arrival will cause delays checking in. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.***



No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front and back that record audio & video. There are no inside cameras.



We will do our best to provide a filled propane tank to our guests. In a small case propane tank is empty, please let us know and we will be more than happy to reimburse you guys. Happy grilling!!!



Pool could be heated for a small fee and it must be paid minimum 48 hours prior to arrival. We notify pool company who will do that but won’t be able to do so after your check-in because it takes time for the pool to heat up. Please be mindful of that and thank you.
