this is a perfect small home just steps away from the local bar and grill. Amazing food and drinks. All kinds of outdoor activities. This is now a tradition for us every summer to go. Love, love, love!!

Almost perfect... but the noise was unbearable

*Nearly* everything was exactly as advertised or better. However the entire experience was severely undermined by the absolutely horrific "live music" playing right outside our door for over 6 HOURS on Saturday. We could not sleep or rest, which was the whole point of our trip, due to the nightmarishly incompetent performers blasting their off-key drivel nonstop. I don't know if the performers are related to the owners of the resort or what, I can't imagine how they got hired, but they completely disrupted our entire experience. Had it not been for them I'd have given 5 stars and we'd be returning in the future, but based on this alone we will probably never return.

Place was excellent location, close to Offices and Grill, also shops. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful to deal with and enjoyable. Had no difficulties with our cottage, nor communicating with any of the staff. Will be back.

My husband and I were hoping for a quiet little place we could just relax in and get away from the every day grind. We were immediately impressed by how clean the place is. It seemed to have everything we could need for a two day visit. The location worked so well for us. We walked through the village and enjoyed looking at all the shops and ate at the grill twice. I would definitely stay there again.

The cottage was nice, seemed new, and was clean. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had just about everything you could need. A very thoughtful touch was the games, puzzles, and movies. Thet helped us pass the time on the super rainy days. Bed and sofa bed were not comfortable for us but I know you can't please everyone in that regard. The hot tub was nice but it's so rainy in Ocean Shores we couldn't use it much. It would have been awesome if there had been a patio umbrella or some kind of overhead protection from the rain. I also liked the fact that they do not allow pets. This is very important to me as I have cat and dog allergies. Overall I think this was a very nice little place and I would come here again. ** I would not book it through VRBO again as it was listed as a 2 berm with 4 beds. Not at all the fault of the owners though.**
