Ocean Shores is a hot bed for fishing & clamming. This home sits on the Grand Canal south of the city, away from the bustle, yet close enough to the ocean for easy beach access. The canal is nature-packed with a cacophony of birds & waterfowl, freshwater otter, deer & occasional black bear. Enjoy a fully fenced yard for dogs, a fire pit for small fires or curl up on the couch with your favorite author. Walk miles along the beach or dig for the mighty Razor Clam. Coastal relaxation awaits you!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please set all four of the thermostats to 55 degrees, check both faucets, they leak! A simple adjustment of the handle should do the trick.
Garbage can be left in the kitchen, please clean up after your dogs (inside and outside). Dog waste bags can be left on the back porch, or take them with you.
Used towels to the washing machine, sheets can be piled on the floor in the bedrooms. Entry lights can remain on. Return key and scramble the lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Have fun, but not at other's expense. I write this because we've actually had boxing matches there, blood on the wall. That's not ok. Neighbors watch!

Awesome property, especially for our 2 dogs. The fully fenced yard and canal view were exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood was super quiet and relaxing. The house is not huge but it was well appointed with everything we needed and the host was very responsive and nice..
