Canal home

It was great being right on the canal and pretty close to beach access. The hose was well supplied. Only negative was bed in smaller bedroom was very uncomfortable.

This peaceful retreat on the canal was amazing. The home is clean, well stocked and comfortable. It was close to the beaches and downtown. We had fun observing the wildlife! I highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

This cute house was well stocked, great location near beaches and shops. We were able to walk to the beach (Damon Point) as well as enjoy the water view from the house. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you for a great stay in your home.

Relaxing

We had a great time cooking hot dogs over the backyard firepit and me and my son even fished off the dock. We watched a few movies and flew kites on the beach. It was very peaceful

Beautiful new cottage. Lovely dock on the canal. Very well designed and equipped for vacation rental. Peaceful and pleasant. About 10 minutes drive to Ocean Shores restaurants and recreation but well worth it for the peace and privacy.

Nice quiet location

Easy walks to wildlife and other recreational opportunities. Short drive to central business areas and restaurants. Watch deer and assorted waterfowl from your windows. Home backs up to the extensive canal system allowing you to launch your kayak/canoe right from the private dock.

Love the view

Like the 2 Bd/2 ba arrangement on one level. Would suggest glass rather than plastic wine glasses and a way wash off the sand off one’s feet outside. A few prices of fire wood would be nice. Otherwise, excellent!

Very nice place

Super clean and loaded with everything we needed and beyond! Deer came to visit multiple times. I'm disappointed that I didn't bring my fishing pole for the awesome dock. Outside sink for cleaning clams was a plus!

Clean, Cute and Cozy

Brand new house! This was perfect for us. I am a stickler when it comes to cleanliness so it was very refreshing to have such a clean place to stay. It is a simple house with brand new kitchen items. The one thing that I would of like to be different is there is only one TV and zero cable service. You can stream your own streaming accounts so make sure you have your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., or you will not have any TV.

The outside of the house was dirty (cobwebs) No handrail up the 3 stairs which is required by state law. No safety rails on the back porch ( 2 feet or higher ) which is required. No response from the property management.

Very clean cute small home in nice location. Cozy home for no more than 4 people. Kitchen was well equipped, I would suggest that there be some tin foil or parchment paper so that baking sheets are easier to clean-up.Couch wasn't very comfortable for a long sit and dining room table chair need cushions. Summer months I could see this not being an issue as you would be outdoors, however in the rainy winter months where you spend time mostly inside playing games and watching tv, improvement in comfortable places to sit would be good. Beds are firm and pillows are tall.Easy access and tech was well placed also good parking. Both front and back stair decks could use handrails for safety.

Spent time with my wife's family at this lake front home in Ocean Shores. Great home with two baths, which was awesome. Close to Oyehut for dinner and a little store and not far from town or the beach. Had a great stay and would return

Lovely quiet trip

The house was so clean and in the best location, it was so peaceful listening to the wildlife every night and morning. We weren’t there a whole lot during our stay but the time spent there was lovely. I will be saving this house for our next vacation to the coast!

Kayaking fun

The cottage is well placed for kayaking both the Grand canal and Duck Lake. We observed a lot of wildlife and enjoyed chatting with many friendly people along the way.

Peaceful Canal Retreat

We really enjoyed our getaway at this lovely cottage. Everything clean, new, and well designed. The cottage is nicely equipped and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It happened to be unusually hot weather and we were very grateful for the added bonus of air conditioning. I only wish we had brought a canoe so we could take advantage of the dock and canal access. Loved hearing the frogs peeping at night!
