Cute but oversold

I must say this, while the location was nice, the staff and accommodatuons we're not so. The temperature was kept so cold in the room I had to ask them to turn it up and the lobby doors were kept open in the winter for seemingly no regard for the people staying. They also had different times for breakfast, and the chimney fire didn't work because "it cost too much". So all in all, we didn't get to do many things one of the main things that was sold to us and read books with coffee by a warm fire. Not great overall.
