Inviting

House is very inviting. It’s a perfect escape for couples or small families. We were thankful for the fenced area so we could let our dog out without a leash. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

A slice of heaven!!!

This place far exceeded our expectations! It was immaculate and tastefully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, it was like being at home. The beds were very comfortable allowing for much needed sleeping in. We certainly can't wait to book our next trip!!!

Great village

Oyhut Seaside Village is a quintessential quaint planned beach community with cottages, a restaurant , a few shops and free beach cruisers. A great area for beach volleyball, horseshoes and bocce. We stayed in cottage 029 which was perfectly located in a private area with a fenced in yard and fire pit. Extremely clean and comfortable. The unit was a little lite in kitchen items but had everything we needed. The living room furniture set up could use a refresh for comfort and tv viewing but overall we loved it. Will be coming back for sure!

Perfect Little House

The pictures did not do this property justice. The house was very clean and modern in a really quiet area. All of the bare essentials were provided. I only have two complaints. First, the internet was super spotty. We lost service for close to half a day on the second day of our stay. The second complaint would be the lack of cookware/spices provided. Definitely very minor issues. The property is a little way outside of town which was perfect for our family. The staff was super friendly and available when needed. There was an awesome trail that led to a quiet part of the beach as well as a store, restaurant, and coffee shop within walking distance. Definitely would recommend this property.

Beach week!

I’ve stayed here before and want to go back in the future. The property is very quiet, but you can still hear the ocean. The fenced backyard made it perfect for my dog to wander without getting into any scuffles with deer, of which we saw many! Love this place!

Nice cottage with dog friendly yard

Pretty cottage and very clean. Short drive (or walk, depending on fitness levels) to Damon Point. Lovely yard area, and nice to have it fully fenced so we didn't have to worry about letting the dog out. The covered porch was nice for relaxing with a beverage. Cute, very walkable community.

Fall Get-Away

My partner and I needed to get away from our daily routine. This house in Oyhut Village was perfect. Lovely area to walk our dog. All the amenities we needed, and so close to the beach for clamming and surf fishing. We will definitely visit again. Kudos to the host and maintenance staff. Very clean and easy check in and check out.
