"Location was great. Community was great. Short walk to beach. Property Management very responsive. Home in need of thorough cleaning and maintenance. Could be a very nice place. * Linens were included but we ended up going out and purchasing some. (Use your imagination). Needed to wash the new linens to use them but unfortunately the washer took hours to clean the sand out and the dryer lint was so bad (even after we vacuumed the filter/screen area) maintenance had to come to take apart since the entire vent was packed (fire hazzard)...the list goes on but basically its deferred maintenance and a very poor cleaning service. We like a clean place. Doesn’t have to be perfect but dont want to see dried egg on the table, ketchup on the chairs, crumbs on the floor etc. Feels like you haven’t cleaned it and puts a bad vibe on your entire vacation."

"Beautiful home, clean, as advertised and seamless entry, everything was wonderful, we stayed during tropical storm Erin and James and staff were completely wonderful in communication and making us feel safe. Corolla is such an amazing and beautiful place and James and his staff just added so much to the magic of the location. We had such an incredible stay and can not wait to return!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week and the property met our needs very well. The only issues we experienced was some uncleanness areas such as under beds and some other areas. Also, there was an ant problem on counters,furniture ,and floors. Overall it was a very nice property with everything we needed."
