LOVE being ocean front! The house was perfect for me, my husband & fur baby. This was our 2nd time staying at Sandlot and plan to visit again in the fall.

Our getaway

We seriously loved this house. Very clean and the beds are comfortable! We had our dogs and walked to the beach daily. My husband sat on the deck and watched the ocean every day as he couldn’t walk out to the beach. The only way it could have been better was if there was a walkway from the deck to the beach. We had a blast!

Right on the beach, the back deck is the best spot to hang out. Older home but nicely refurbished and clean. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our short visit.

Long Beach Weekend

Very fun weekend. We enjoyed out stay. Perfect beach view and we loved the seclusion of the east end. Lots of time spent walking our dogs on the beach and bike riding the east end. We would come back again.

Fantastic view!

Wanted an oceanfront house and this did not disappoint! Sitting on the deck in a very quiet part of Ocean Isle was beyond words. Loved the fireplace and the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely return.

OIB Family Get Away

This was our first time to OIB. What a great family beach vacation home! The home is equipped with everything that you need and it is very clean and spacious. The ocean is right out your back door. Awesome vacation spot! We look forward to coming back.

3rd Annual Girls Beach Trip

This property is amazing and the owners are even better! They were so easy to get in contact with and helped us with anything that we needed. The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 8 women. The views from house are beautiful. We would definitely recommend this rental property to others for families and groups of friends. Great stay for anyone!!

The house was beautifully decorated in a beach theme! Kitchen stocked with all things necessary to cook! Property manager very responsive to questions! Loved seeing the waves roll right under the deck! Great atmosphere!

Great location!

We appreciated this house allowed our pups, and it was a cute little place! Hurricane Ian delayed our trip a couple of nights, but the property manager offered to prorate our price and kept us updated as to when it was safe to make our way there , and what issues we would be facing. Although older, the house was quaint. And the location was amazing!

Familymoon at the Sandlot!

This was our first stay on Ocean Isle. Jacks home was perfect for my family, including parents and 6 children. Along with our dog, Sugar, we spent close to a week celebrating our marriage. This was our “Familymoon” after tying the knot the week prior. Jack’s hospitality was on point. He put together a wonderful home with all the right touches to make our stay comfortable and accommodating.Not to mention the view! We did our best to live on that porch and in the sand, just a few steps from the home. We fished, swam, threw a frisby, sunbathed, and gathered starfish in the cove a couple hundred yards away. The place was so perfect, we rarely ventured into the town; we had all we needed right there at “The Sand Lot”. Thank you Jack for helping make our first few weeks as a married couple, special.

Great Getaway!

Thank you for sharing your home with my family. When we first arrived, it was at high tide and after a storm that dumped 8 inches of rain. I must say that the closeness to the water was a little intimidatingly, but we grew to love it after a short period of time. The weather was perfect and so was the house!
