- 'Whata Gift' describes the true beauty of this comfortable, livable OCEANFRONT vacation home. Updated with brightly colored rooms and relaxed seating, this home openly invites its guests to enjoy their stay. Each bedroom has a flat-screen television and the house has WI-FI. The fully-equipped, spacious kitchen is inviting to large family dinners, or BBQ on the charcoal grill on the concrete carport complete with a picnic table and chairs. We have beach at low and high tides with an access within 50 steps of our home. Oceanfront decks on each end of the house. We provide the linens, so no need to over pack. We follow COVID health measures. The cleaners sanitize the house with disinfectant between rentals.
The home sits oceanfront to crisp ocean breezes and Carolina blue skies. Across the street, public sidewalks and roadways easily transport you on a leisure walk to a nearby community park. Just a short ride to enjoy area shops, amusements, or the local pier.

Great house for all
This is a great house and works well for all ages. The gate on the porch helps keep the toddlers in (😄) and the view is stunning for the adults! This end of the island is truly a treasure, our favorite by far.

Wonderful home on the beach
We used to bring our kids who are all adults now to Ocean Isle Beach when they were younger. We have never stayed on this end of Ocean Isle Beach but absolutely love it! The home is well-kept and well appropriated and offers ample deck space for meals outside in the sun or shade! The beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked! Having linens included was a plus!

Beautiful Beach Vacation
Great location, beautiful oceanfront view. Easy access to the beach. Three balconies to enjoy. Great view from master bedroom, kitchen window and upstairs bedroom. Very nice home was clean and well maintained. It was stocked with everything you needed. The 9 am check out is very early but I would stay there again.

Perfect house for this many -- all of us comfortable, and TV's in every room remained unused (except for UNC football game). Beautiful location on the beach and nice walks. Stunning rainbows between clouds at sunset.
Plenty of space for plenty of cooks. Hope to return.

This was a great stay. We chose this property for the accessibility to the beach and it worked out wonderfully. The house was clean and had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and the owners were great communicators and very flexible. Would stay again for sure

This is an amazing location and a great house. Definitely hoping to stay again in the future! Down away from all the noise and the part of beach was much less crowded. They have tons of chairs and beach stuff available. Lotssss of parking. And everything else you need for a great stay. Nice hosts and easy to communicate with.

Excellent views and easy beach access
Walk to the beach as often as you like because of the easy and quick beach access. The views from the decks and the master bedroom were fantastic. Connie was very responsive when we asked questions regarding restaurant suggestions and amenities.

Great location and house for multi family trip!
This was our family’s first time visiting OIB and we loved this rental property! The location next to the public access was incredibly convenient, and having porch options on either side of the house worked well to always have a shady, breezy spot no matter what time of day it was. The home is well-stocked and had plenty of supplies and amenities.

Perfect vacation week
Property was clean upon arrival and exactly as described. Location to beach is unbeatable- so convenient with little kids and frequent trips back and forth from the beach. Great outdoor space on decks to enjoy and still feel “on the beach”while babies napping and perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time staying at “What a Gift”. Perfect accommodations and location.
Convenient beach access and the little park was nice. Connie was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to answer any question. She even mailed our left behind bed pillows to us. Highly recommend this property!! We loved it!

What a great place!
We had a great family vacation here. House, furnishings, beach access, sand toys, beach chairs, grill - games - you name it! We will return! We had to adjust the schedule a little but Connie was a pleasure to make it right.
