WINTER SPECIALS! Oceanfront Condo, Sleeps 4, Close to Everything!

This Ocean Front condo underwent a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation in 2019 and has all new paint and decor as of January 2023! The white, all wood cabinetry and the quartz countertops brighten up the condo! There is also ample storage in the pantry with pull out drawers. And all kitchen appliances are new as of 2018. We updated to a tankless water heater in 2019 so there is no fear of running out of hot water. It also allows for lots of storage in the bathroom.

It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities of home. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on your private deck with a fantastic ocean and pier view. This unit also has a terrific view of the pool and is very close to the beach access. And because OIB faces south you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset on the private deck. Staying at OC110 over July 4th also offers you a front row seat to the fireworks display that takes place at the pier next door.

The master suite features a queen bed with foam topper and a whirlpool tub with ceramic tile surround. There is a bunk nook that is perfect for the kids. Please remember that sheets and towels are not provided. There is beautiful tile throughout the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Within walking distance to restaurants, pier, arcade, mini-golf, playground, museum and shops. Outdoor concerts within walking distance on Friday evenings from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Perfect location/condo for a small family.

This is our second stay in OIB and in this condo. Perfect oceanfront location. Condo is perfect for a small family. Area is very family friendly and condo is in walking distance to beach shops, restaurants and ice cream.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The only draw back was the size of the shower. Was to small and neither my husband or I are big people. Otherwise everything else was beautiful. The weather was spectacular. Ocean Isle is a beautiful place to relax! Looking forward to coming back

Amazing place! Great location.

We loved staying here and working with Jennifer was a breeze! The location was perfect and we truly enjoyed our time here. We loved being able to walk to the pier, shops, playground, etc. The condo itself was clean and decorated beautifully. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful spot on OIB!

The location, cleanliness and size of this condo were perfect. Very close to stores, mini golf, ice cream, the pool and the beach. Well-appointed and decorated. Comfortable stay and we hope to return next year!

Family Vacation

Having never been to the area we were excited to be by the beach and the ocean! Even though the weather was on the chilly side we still had a great time! The condo was clean and easy to access and had an amazing view of the ocean! We definitely want to come back again!

Perfect Spot!

ON the beach, 60 yds from the tide line with room for parents and 2 kids or teenagers. Big community deck with pool is right out front as is beach access. Literally minutes to all necessities and not far to everything else. You love it!

Park your car when you get there and you won’t have to go anywhere that’s not walkable. Great view of the ocean and just steps to beach. Will be booking again. Great property.

Awesome Stay

This is our go to condo on Ocean Isle. The location in the complex and on the beach is awesome Just steps from everything. Lots of storage in the kitchen and bath, which is important to me. The owners are very quick to take care of any issues that may arise. This is definitely our happy place when visiting OIB. We'll be back!

Location, location, location.

We booked this last minute and we loved the location. Right in the center of town. Walk to shops, restaurants, mini golf and the pier. The covered porch was great as well. We were able to watch our kids in the pool or on the beach right from the porch. We also were able to sit out during a rain storm as well since it was covered.

Loved it.

My wife and I only had 1 night at this lovely condo but we could have spent the week. It is perfect size and only steps from the beach with a great view. And walking distance to everything. I definitely recommend it.
