This beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath home in Island Park will make your vacation a relaxing getaway. With one California King bed, one king bed and two queen beds, the home sleeps eight guests comfortably. The two upstairs king bedrooms have ensuite baths. A spacious living area with all the amenities including a 75" LCD TV, wi-fi and DVD provides a comfortable retreat. Each bedroom has its own TV. The house has a large east-facing deck overlooking a beautiful pond and fountain. We provide sheets for the California King bed, if needed. They must be laundered and returned to that bedroom's closet to avoid the $125 service fee.

Absolutely spectacular communication with the home owner. Very nice location away from everything nit far from the beech at all. Nit a far drive to other beach’s and activities in the area and surrounding area. Very wonderful stay and check in process was super easy and simple.

Perfect Beach House

We ended up here by luck as our Myrtle plans fell through and wow this area was nice. The house was clean and walking distance to the beach (5minute walk).

Came to the beach for a couple of nights over Thanksgiving and this house was perfect. The host was exceptional and the property was as advertised-spacious and clean. Thank you! Would rent again without question!

Great location, perfect setting for a week at the beach! House is super clean with all the amenities you will need for a fun and relaxing stay at the beach. Plenty of space for the whole family. Property Manager is so easy to work with and responsive when needed. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect stay

We loved our stay here at this home. It was very clean and bright and the kitchen had everything we needed, which was very nice. We loved the back deck and the downstairs porch area with outdoor shower… Quick walk to the beach and so thankful they provided beach chairs, which made it really nice. The owners were very easy to get in touch with when we had a question. I would love to stay here again!

Oyster Fest 2024

We came to Ocean Isle for Oyster Fest and a quick weekend get-a-way with friends! The Perch is a lovely home with a great location! Everything was clean and our stay was excellent! Our host as quick to respond if we needed anything! Highly recommend! needed anything!

Wedding trip stay

Excellent place to stay for our group. Perfect distance to the beach, a short walk, and great view of the pond from the deck, a perfect spot to gather together in the evening. Perfect beach theme decorations and comfy furnishings. We enjoyed our brief stay for a wedding and great place for our family to gather together and relax. Loved OIB too!

Hot week at the beach

Communication with Jennifer was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items. Wi-fi and TV reception was solid the whole time. Appreciated the extra beach chairs that were available since I didn't have to pack them for our trip.Only cleanliness problem to report was the back deck needed a cleaning from the bug mess. I would have done it myself but there wasn't a convenient water and hose available.Over all a great value that was perfect for my family.

I’m from Raleigh and now know where I hope to retire!!!!! This vrbo was a perfect location, a very well appointed home with so many conveniences. We only wish we had more time. Given the opportunity, I would love to stay there again. Everything was just fabulous

Just Perfect!

We had an excellent stay! The house is beautifully decorated and the location was a bonus for us. We were walking distance to the venue for a family wedding. The kitchen is more than fully furnished and allowed for some great meals together. We loved the back deck as well. Jennifer was very responsive to all our communications and a wonderful host.

Golf weekend

Excellent location with easy access off the island. The area is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the back deck in the evening and the neighborhood is very quiet. The four bedrooms are great for adults traveling and the bathroom on the main floor is rather large with private access from the bedrooms. Just a few notes on the listing be sure to bring linens and towels for your stay and the coffee machine is a Kurig not a drip so get pods.

Year 27 July beach trip

Reasonably priced not to far from the beach or pool. Clean as a whistle and easy to find. Only problems were of my own making was placement of other family members around island. Lookin for that place where i can get three places like this close together.

Perfect location!

Our family has stayed in the Hall’s house for two consecutive years and love it! The deck is shady after 2pm, perfect for playing games or reading outside. The outdoor shower is clean, huge and so convenient. We love the lower porch hammock and set of 4 rocking chairs. Every detail makes it a great place to relax. Comfortable huge sofa, great beds, lots of nice extras in the kitchen. Very short and easy walk to the beach. I highly recommend!

we have been to ocean isle many times and stayed in island park several times and this house is one best the best and cleanest homes we have stayed in. it has everything you need (kitchen, beach chairs , etc..) the house is located on a quite and peaceful side street and only a 3 min. walk to the beach. Jennifer is a great with communication and will answer any question you have. we would stay here again without hesitation.

Vacation

This house is a gem. It is in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful pond in the backyard. It was filled with turtles which our little ones loved watching. The house is decorated nicely and most importantly very clean. The property manager was always quick to respond with any questions I had. We would definitely come back again.
