Watch the beautiful ocean sunset from the front porch in this charming beach retreat. This cozy getaway features it's own private oasis with a pool and two putting greens right in the backyard! Prime location directly across from the ocean with unobstructed views. You'll be able to watch the waves while rocking on the front porch sipping your wine or enjoying breakfast.

This charming 6 bedroom 5 bathroom home is a delightful beach hideaway. Highlights include a sleek kitchen, themed bedrooms with chic decor, eight flat-screen TVs, alfresco dining with a view, game room with pool table and arcade games, and of course, the private backyard oasis.

Located on the East end of the island, this haven by the sea has plenty of space, making it ideal for groups and large families. Get to the pier, multiple golf courses, and a plethora of dining and shopping options within minutes. Or go for a walk near the natural marsh bordering the Intracoastal Waterway.

*This property was fully remodeled this Spring of 2022 and features extra sleeping space, brand new furniture and mattresses, and a downstairs game room (with pool table and games). Backyard upgrades include new landscaping and a two putting greens along with the existing private pool. Pool is able to be heated for a daily fee, upon request.

Prepare favorite recipes in the newly renovated well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of brand new stainless steel appliances.

This 3 story home sleeps 16 guests in 6 bedrooms.

The home has been remodeled and now has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. This was completed May 2022.
2 bedrooms upstairs (one with 2 queens and one with king size bed).
2 bedrooms on the main floor (one with a king and a daybed and the other with queen size bed).
Bottom floor has 2 bedrooms (1 king bedroom and
the other with double twin bunks that sleeps 4 people).

Delight in your own private oasis in the fenced backyard. With its saline filter system, a dip in the luxurious pool will make your skin feel silky smooth. Have a friendly putting competition on the private mini putting greens and enjoy the ambiance of the new tropical landscaping.

Greet the day with coffee on the ocean-view front porch, complete with Aderondak chairs. In the evening, dine alfresco at the table for four.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, and a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, pool table, board games, and 2 arcade games. Parking is provided for six cars in the adjacent driveways and carports.

THE LOCATION

Your rental is located only 100 feet from a stunning beach. Pack a few towels and stroll to the shore for sun-kissed days on the sand.

Walk 9 minutes to Ferry Landing Park, an ideal spot for a picnic or to go fishing and crabbing in the Intracoastal Waterway.

Head 3 miles to Ocean Isle Beach Pier, featuring an indoor arcade, fishing, and a selection of cafes, seafood restaurants, and shopping options.

Tee off at several nearby golf courses, including Brick Landing Golf Club (7 miles) and Sandpiper Bay Golf & Country Club (10 miles).

Great location!

The house was very clean and in a great location! We basically had almost the whole beach to ourselves. Pool was heated and the beach towels provided were convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house and owner, made our Christmas with our family very special. The kids can’t stop talking about the putting green, arcade, bunk beds, and views of the ocean. Walking right to the beach was so nice this time of year. Would rent again for sure!

Great getaway at Thanksgiving

We booked the house for three families during the week of Thanksgiving. It was the perfect size for everyone. Very close to the beach - we could see the kids at the beach from the kitchen window. The kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals while we were there.

Family Getaway

Golf Trip

Great place to stay. All of the amenities were available (linens, towels, appliances, pots and pans, etc.). The house was clean, and the location was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Will hope to book the same house next year for our annual golf trip.

Wonderful House

My family couldn’t stop talking about how great looking the house is and the kids loved the pool. All the extra amenities that come with the house like pool table, beach chairs and towels, pool toys and arcade games leave you wanting to stay longer. We will definitely be back! Ocean Isle NC

Nice view of the ocean. Short walk to beach so great for the little ones. On quieter eastern end of island. Newly renovated but couple of neighboring houses were in need of same.

Great family vacation spot!

This house was perfect for our family of 16. Location was great with easy access to the beach. As it is on the end of the street, we had a wide open, uncrowded beach space each day! Also close to multiple restaurants, grocery store, and a cute park/splash pad for the little kids. House had a few beach games, boogie boards, chairs, and beach wagon. We had never been to OIB before, but it proved to be a great hidden gem!

Making Memories!

All 3 generations had a wonderful time being together at our favorite spot~ The games, pool table and putting greens were an extra bonus for all! We had our own version of the Olympics every day with medals and lots of laughter! POOL size was great for all ages. Kitchen set up was great with plenty of room for all 11 of us to be able to eat together! And the bedrooms with their own baths were perfect! Thank you!

Our first Ocean Isle Beach Trip

We had a wonderful vacation with family and friends at Ocean Isle Beach and A Wave from it All. The home owners were very accommodating and Paul was very helpful and quick to respond. The house was clean and well furnished with everything you need. The location was awesome with beach access within a short walking distance away. We spent many days at the pool and enjoyed the backyard space a lot. Highly recommend Paul and this property!

Family Reunion

We spent a week here to reunite with family from all across the country. The house fit our needs perfectly and the renovations done were top notch. There is a beautiful view of the beach from the house and public access just across the street. Because it's at the far end of the island, the beach was never crowded. The pool was put to good use all week as well and we hosted 30+ people for dinner with no issues. I'd highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the beach in a fully remodeled home.
