  • PEACEFUL FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD, Great Location: 1.5 miles to Sunset Beach, 2 miles to Ocean Isle Beach, and 11 miles from South Carolina . Myrtle Beach is only 30 minutes away where there are multiple shops and a variety of entertainment for the family. At the end of the day relax on the screened front porch or the spacious back deck. Community Boat Ramp is 1/2 mile where fisherman can boat down the Intracoastal Waterway. Best of both worlds. New Flat screen Smart TV. All new kitchen appliances with Granite counter tops.
