Located at 14 Concord Street, this charming concrete canal house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your beach getaway. Featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms on a single level, plus an additional half bath on the ground floor, this home is ideal for families or groups. The master bedroom includes a king bed, and another king bedroom comes with a TV. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two double beds and a TV provide plenty of space for everyone.

The home’s amenities include a screened porch for relaxing, an enclosed outdoor shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a harvest table and benches for dining, plus two additional bar stools at the kitchen bar. You'll enjoy central heat and air, a washer and dryer located in the ground-level laundry area, and essential kitchen appliances like a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee makers. Three Smart TVs offer streaming services, and secured Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.

For those who love the water, the property features a boat dock, perfect for bringing your boat or enjoying a peaceful afternoon fishing. Just a short distance from the ocean, the house is located on a beach access street, making it easy to hit the sand and surf.

This home includes keyless entry and a golf cart outlet under the house. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
This is a non-smoking property, and no pets are allowed, ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
