Enjoy family and friends in a private back yard with INCREDIBLE views that back up to the intercoastal waterway. Find this brand-new home featuring 2 tiki bars, a large pool and it's only a 4-minute stroll to your beach access on the quiet, east end of the island.

Our home includes an elevator, 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bunk beds with two trundles, and a king size sleeper sofa on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is spacious, with 2 dishwashers and flows into a spacious living room with unbelievable views of the ICW! There are washer and dryers on BOTH floors for your convenience. A ping pong table allows for some fun for the kids and adults. There is an ice maker downstairs to ensure your coolers for the beach will be full at all times! If you want the best of both worlds, total privacy and a short walk to beach access, this is your home away from home!
