PRIVATE DOCK - INTERCOASTAL WATERWAY VIEWS: 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, Large Porch!

  • This beautiful home features a private dock on a canal with easy access to the Intercoastal Waterway. The open and newly refurnished living room is full of windows providing views of the waterway. The large deck wraps around half the house with the canal side completely covered providing an outdoor haven to enjoy even when the weather isn't perfect. The house and dock are positioned to give quick and easy access to boating and fishing opportunities on the waterway. On the hottest days of the summer, sit under the house and enjoy the cool breeze coming off the water. More of a beach person? No problem, the house is only 1/4 mile from the beach with public access points up and down the beach front.

    We do not provide linens so please make sure to review the number of beds and sizes to plan accordingly.
