Beautiful view BUT...
The unit was NOT clean . I called to report it , i was told the next day the cleaning service would be up that day to clean the unit . NO ONE SHOWED UP ! I stayed in the room most of that day waiting for the cleaning service but, no one showed. The carpet is gross , dust BALLS everywhere , clump of hair on the bathroom wall , the whole unit had a terrible smell to it. Found a bug on the bed the night we arrived , researched just to make sure it wasn’t bed bugs ( it wasn’t thank goodness ). The inside pool you CAN NOT use when it’s raining / storming. If you want an extra parking space , good luck talking to Angie. She was not pleasant on the phone while reserving the extra spot , was told that when i arrived a spot will be reserved for us and then when i arrived , she never reserved the spot for us. Great location but that’s about it. I will not be booking again !
