  • The popular building had a total exterior renovation in 2009: new exterior, doors, windows, sliders doors and more. The building is well situated on the oceanfront and each of the 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath units include dining-living room area opening to the oceanfront balcony. You will enjoy the fabulous views of the ocean and beach while relaxing in your unit. Each kitchen includes all major appliances and each unit is well equipped with: washer, dryer, unit air conditioning and use of the off street parking and elevator. Some units are NON-SMOKING. This oceanfront masonry building will fill fast-don't lose your vacation!
