The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location - Uncomfortable Beds

The building was great but the unit needs some attention. The beds were all very uncomfortable and the unit is in need of some maintenance/repairs.

Definitely a great vacation.

The condo was clean and convenient on the second floor. Full view of the ocean from the balcony. Air conditioner worked great. Showers had great water pressure. Room for everyone.

Every day there was something!

On day one, I walked into the first bathroom to a sink with standing water...the plug was stuck...that was a sign as to the cleanliness of the place! The next "sight" was that the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned... leftover food juices dried on glass shelving inside, and the freezer ice bin had the same as did the utensil drawer. On day two the washer needed repair which would take two days to get the part. On day four, the dryer wasn't heating up and needed repair. On day five, the drapery in the living area, covering the smaller window, fell from the ceiling(there was masking tape on one end) and couldn't be repaired until the sixth day. I must say the office and maintenance people were quick to respond. There were two positives of this place. The beach access was very convenient, especially with little kids and the amenities such as the movie cinema and indoor/outdoor pools.

Condo was very clean and just as pictured in the listing. Our only complaint would be beds were not very comfortable, even for our young kids. There was also a lot of noise until late at night on the playground outside the unit. This is obviously no fault of the owner or property managers but it was quite disruptive when trying to sleep.
