    This first-floor condo with a private patio is perfect for families and friends. It offers access to shared amenities like indoor and outdoor pools and tennis and racquetball courts.



    There is wood flooring in the living room, primary bedroom, and primary bath, and blackout drapes are in one of the guest bedrooms. With a full-size Maytag washer/dryer and all the kitchen appliances, dishes, and pots and pans, this family-friendly condo supplies everything needed for a beautiful vacation. The Xfinity HD preferred package (with On Demand, Starz, and Sports channels) and fast internet help you stay connected when you are here.

    All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
