    The Space:

    The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Smoking is not permitted. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great spring break stay

Lovely Seaside Stay

Beautiful unit! Very homey, cute and updated. It had everything we could need and had the sheets, towels, and some toilettes to get us started. It was a very pleasant stay, we didn’t want to leave. This was honestly one of the best units we have stayed at. We love the Sea Watch!!!

Aside from the small master closet and no dresser, this condo was very comfortable. It's furnishings are nicely coordinated, and it's close to the elevator and trash chute. Looking forward to staying during the summer months.

Clean, updated condo!

Condo was nicely maintained and updated. Not overwhelming with too much/big furniture and knickknacks. Kitchen was fully equipped with newer appliances, a nice coffee maker, microwave, blender, etc. (however, silverware was VERY small). Beds and comforters/quilts were comfortable and updated. Nice large shower in master bath. It was nice that linens and towels were provided along with some other essentials to get you started. Check out was easy. A little disappointing that early check in was not available (texts from Vacasa led me to believe that it was). Great location-would definitely rent this unit again.
