- Welcome to Tiki Time Condo! Many updates for you to enjoy - New flooring throughout the condo, new kitchen countertops, fresh coat of paint, new w/d, new window treatments, new living room furniture with sleeper sofa and new tiling and other updates in both bathrooms!
The ocean block condo has three bedrooms, sleeper sofa in living room, two full baths, washer/dryer, full kitchen, two covered parking spaces, an elevator, outdoor pool, and a view of the Ocean which is just steps away. Located in a prime location. Park your car for the week and walk to Bull on the Beach, the grocery story, Liquid Assets (restaurant, bar, and liquor store), Candy Kitchen, Trattoria Lombardi's, Layton's, and Sunsations. This spacious condo provides you with everything you need to enjoy the week. We've included bed linens and towels, hair dryers, a crib, bed rail, high chair, beach chairs, beach toys, body boards, a folding utility beach wagon/cart, books, and board games for your fun and convenience!
