Enjoy bay views while just a short distance from the beach! Adjacent to Convention Hall, this lovely bayside condominium project features 4 buildings; each building has one or more elevators, access to the outdoor pool, off street parking and boat docking. Boat docks are available for a fee with on-site registration only on a first come, first serve basis after you check-in. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and dining area with sliding doors opening to a large balcony. Features include fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and central air. Some units are NON-SMOKING. Wireless internet access is available in some units. WiFi available from April to October ONLY!

Not easy! Rental agency involved.

The unit & location couldn’t be better! It exceeded our expectations. We were down celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary for a weekend. The Vrbo/Holiday rental process is cumbersome! After you pay for the rental on Vrbo, you have to sign a rental agreement through Holiday rental, then talk to someone over the phone to confirm the agreement, and on arrival, pick up the keys on 77th, and review the rental agreement in person, again! The keys have to be returned by 10a the day of departure too- 38 streets away - in traffic. 8:30a leave. Packing the car at 7a after a romantic weekend away. Thanks, but no thanks!
