Our family condo has recently been remodeled and is ready for your stay. We are just steps from the beach. Enjoy the large private balcony. Perfect for sunrise/sunsets, morning coffee and evening happy hours from the fifth floor . Conveniently located across the street from the Convention Center and only 15 blocks from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Also within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, Jolly Roger water park, rides and mini golf. Ocean block living at its finest.

Cozy OC stay

Tucked in a great location with easy parking right by the elevator and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and other activities, this place is a gem! Kitchen is stocked and 2 full bathrooms is a place. Huge balcony with a great view. Even saw dolphins one morning! Cable TV and plenty of board games for our rainy day. Very quiet too. Would stay again!

Another great vacation at the Happy Lobster

This was our second time staying at the Happy Lobster & we had an amazing time again!! The condo has everything you need to fully relax & this year there was a Keurig🙌. There was plenty to do for my 20 & 17 year old sons to have some independence & safely have fun! Laurie is a wonderful host & very responsive to questions! The location to the beach & amazing condo made for another incredible vacation for me and family! Thanks Laurie😎

Great getaway

The Happy Lobster was everything that it was advertised as and more! Every little detail to make our stay feel like it was home was included! The location was amazing, so close to the beach & almost like a little community! My teenage boys could safely walk to stores, Rita’s for Italian ice and they loved the freedom. Laurie was amazing & wonderful to deal with. She gave us some amazing suggestions and we ate at Ally opps and had so much fun & the boys walked to Belly Busters twice to pick up dinner! We all had an amazing vacation & would definitely go back! Thank you Laurie and the Happy Lobster for being amazing hosts so me and my family could truly relax, have fun and make memories!

Girls Trip

The condo was just perfect for our girls trip. Everything was clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there and then some. Would love to stay again. Laurie was easy to reach. It is a huge plus when the owners rent and manage the property.

Ocean City Visit

This property was as advertised. Excellent layout, very clean, extremely comfortable and in a great location with quick beach access and a great parking spot. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Laurie was very good to work with, quick responses and she provided great food and activity recommendations. She was very accommodating. When we come back to Ocean City, we will look at this location first.
