Located bayside and on a quiet side street close to the beach, shopping, and entertainment, this spacious retreat has vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining room, a furnished deck, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, free WiFi, central A/C throughout, and an on-site washer/dryer that will make laundry a breeze.

    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

    Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location! Very outdated

Great location, needs complete attention to everything inside.ceiling fan was broke, two broken windows that wouldn’t close, every vent in house completely dusted over and black.2 pull out couches had to be from the 80’s. Could only get one TV to work,thermostat non operational, stuck on one temperature . Very disappointed

Very disappointed.

I didn’t love anything about this rental. I was very disappointed in absolutely everything. The listing states that it sleeps 8 but it don’t because the two pull out sofa beds are broken down to the point the mattress falls through. We had to place the mattresses on the floor. There was mouse poop in the silverware drawer and in one of the fold out beds. There was a blanket that had blood on it, everything was stained. There was black mold, the ceiling fan was broken, the sliding door on the first floor would not lock we reported it due to it being a safety issue and it was like pulling teeth just for someone to come place wood in front of it so I could not be opened. One of the windows was open when we arrived and it wouldn’t not shut unless someone went outside and pushed it shut. You can tell that it wasn’t cleaned before we arrived because we found a shoe, water bottle, skittles and hard bread behind the tv. Also found a face print on the upstairs patio door. I could keep going but it won’t do any good. Just simply book elsewhere.

Clean but needs maintenance & updating.

This could be a nice rental if the property were maintained. A mere $25 at a yard sale & the kitchen could be well appointed. Sofa’s need replacement as well.
