This West OC peninsula home is the most private home surrounded by canals, marshes and breathtaking views all day long. You are so surrounded by water there are water views in every room!

The open floor plan keeps everyone together with breathtaking views from every seat.

The master has panoramic Bay views with remote controlled shades, a 50" smart TV sitting area and ensuite bathroom.

Guest rooms are all spacious with kings, and smart TVs. The first floor master has an ensuite bathroom too.

Heavenly view

This house was perfect for my family. The view is stunning. The host was remarkable. The house itself was spacious and open concept which is perfect. It was also well stocked with games for the family

Beautiful views and nice house

We had a great time at this property. We were a family of 10 with a dog and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean. The kitchen is quite spacious and perfect for multiple people doing different things in it. The living room was nice, couch was comfy, and plenty of seating in dining area. Location was great for us since we wanted to be near the boardwalk but not on it. The views are gorgeous especially from the master bedroom and the living room. Spencer was great. He was extremely responsive to questions and made the check in and check out process very easy. He did mention that he was going to do some updates to the property which I think will make it even better (e.g bathrooms all worked great but could use some updating).. All in all we enjoyed our stay!
