Penthouse with an Amazing views!
- Direct Oceanfront 6 bedroom / 3 bath two story Penthouse/condo located in the highly desirable and sought after Sea Watch building! Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage. Take the bus from the front of the building to the board walk or walk cross the street to some amazing restaurants , TJ Max and more.
Maximum occupancy is 12. Parking currently is $75 per car for duration of stay. Changes in fees year to year is out of our control. Fees are paid directly to SeaWatch as you enter the garage. Credit card preferred.
