Summary:
A rare find! Rent the entire home encompassing 3 units! 10BR 6.5BA building located ocean block on 84th street just steps from the dunes and the beach. You get one big house with two condos on the backside of the building. Plenty of space for your big group or family! Each home has outdoor space where you can hear the ocean waves. Sleeps 30 people comfortably Centrally located and walking distance to restaurants including Ropewalk, Hooked, Lombardi's and Blue Fish. Grocery nearby as well. Come stay with us!

The Space:
Main house, plus 2 condos on the backside; perfect for your group!

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
