The Space:
Enjoy ocean and bay views from your private balcony in this updated retreat on 7th Street and “The Boards” featuring soaring ceilings and plenty of windows. Luxury amenities include a seasonal gas fireplace, a full kitchen, free WiFi, four TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, a DVD player, a private washer/dryer, central AC, and two-car private parking. This home is the perfect spot for enjoying many of Ocean City's most popular events such as the OC Airshow, Springfest, Sunfest, Cruisin' Ocean City, Endless Summer Cruisin', OC Bikefest, and Wine on the Beach. Park your car in South Beach's parking garage and then walk everywhere you want to go. You'll have a seasonal outdoor pool and a fitness center. Things to Know This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
