Direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom condo perfect for family and friends with pools

3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths. Sleeps 8 to 12. Spacious open concept living room, dining room, updated kitchen. Cozy balcony overlooking the Ocean.

Ocean front views from the master bedroom, and living area. The other two bedrooms have both ocean and bay views. There is a full sized laundry closet.

Master bedroom has a king size bed.
Bedroom #2 has queen bed, and
Bedroom #3 has 2 pyramid bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on the top) - easily sleeps 4 but could sleep 6)
Living room has a queen Sofa bed.

Kitchen is fully stocked.

PLEASE bring your own towels, bed linens and toiletries. Pillows, comforters and blankets are provided.
If linens and/or towels are needed, they can be rented at Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental. Phone number is (410)524-7057. They are located on 78th street.
Rose's on 94th street is also a cheap place to buy if perferred.

This condo is beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. Phil was very easy to work with. Everything was accurate and true to the images. We had a fantastic and relaxing weekend. We would stay again and again.

Our favorite home away from home

We have stayed here before and always enjoy waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunrise on the Atlantic. This condo is cheerful, clean and well kept with every amenity one could need. Thanks for another great trip.

Great location and very spacious!

Wonderful time at the property. The view is amazing and cooking in the morning with that view was a great way to start the day! Easy key pickup, parking and location. This place had so much space an d with two teenagers it was great for them to have their own space. Owner was a joy to work with! Would stay here again!

Family Fall Trip

Wanted a long weekend. Thursday-Sunday with a veiw of the ocean. This condo is just what it was. Each bedorom was a great size and the amenities at the building were great as well.

Happy to stay at the Quay again!

Perfect weekend. The Quay has always been a great place to stay. It is well taken care of and security does a great job. The owner did a great job of staying in touch. I love the payment increments- nice. It was beautiful waking up oceanfront. The condo was very clean and everything worked well. Thanks for a great place!

Great view and location

Right on the ocean. Great view. Need to bring linens and all towels including kitchen towels, tp, detergent, etc. Grocery store within two miles. Beds pretty comfortable. Overall nice front desk and others staying in condos. Wonderful pool! Close walk to ocean.

Location, location, location

The view from this condo is unmatched. We felt like we were aboard a cruise ship overlooking the vast expanse of ocean! The property was also conveniently located near groceries, shopping, and restaurants. (While you do have to drive to get to the boardwalk, that was not an issue for us.) Phil, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly whenever we reached out. We took issue with the lack of cleaning upon our arrival, and he made good on it immediately. All in all, a solid choice for your OCMD stay!

Great Family Get Away!

The checkin and out process was very easy. The owner had great communication and responded timely. The Condon had amazing views and plenty of room for my husband, 3 year old and in-laws. It was nice having our own sheets and towels but we didn’t think to bring hand towels. The unit/neighbors were very quiet. We did struggle with a few little things: •the cleanliness of the carpets (glad we didn’t have a crawling toddler) •the very used and worn out furniture. •there wasn’t any hand soap. We spent more time outside anyway so it was easy to look past but I could see it bothering others. Overall we were very satisfied and loved the easy beach access and restaurants.

Great stay

We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had a wonderful stay. The living area is a very good size. The views of the beach are great and on our last night, we got some good shots of the moonlight reflecting off of the ocean. Phil was a great host and was very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend staying here.
