Welcome to the Mermaid Lounge in Ocean City. Enjoy this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with Living room, dining room combo, a full galley kitchen, washer & dryer. Bedroom Queen bed sleeps 2, Pull out couch queen sheets needed sleeps 2 more people & there is a fold up roll away bed that can sleep 1 person. I also have a blow up mattress. Balcony at the entrance & off the bedroom. Central Air conditioning, cable, WI-FI, TV with DVD player and ROKU. Microwave, dishes, plates, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, pots pans, pillows, top covers provided.
50 steps to the beach, ocean side, across the street from the Convention center. Located on 7 40th Steet. No pool. NO PETS, No Smoking in the unit. Can smoke on the balconies. Front and back balcony.
Parking space is right near the stairs for easy unpacking! Everything you need to make your vacation complete!

Great vacation property

My fiancé and I stayed here for Valentine's Day weekend. The place was very comfy and relaxing. It was a great space for the two of us and we had a wonderful time. Location is good with lots of things nearby.

Comic-con

We stayed here for the local comic-con. It was the perfect location because the Roland E. Powell Convention Center was directly across the street. The place itself was clean and comfortable.
