    The Space:

    Cheerful and full of sunlight, this oceanfront condo sits mere steps from the beach in the Hawaiian Village complex of North Ocean City. Admire the beautiful view from your private balcony and enjoy community access to an indoor lap pool and an outdoor swimming pool.



    This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a private washer/dryer, and a living room that seamlessly connects to the oceanfront balcony.



    This mid-rise, oceanfront building is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be one block from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Lost Treasure Golf and the Sun & Surf Cinema. The Delaware state line is less than four blocks north, where you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages.

    All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Ideal Location and View

First time staying here but definitely plan to return. The location is ideal being in north OC where we prefer to stay. View from unit was fantastic. We liked the layout and decor. Appreciated all the outlets as well.

The condo was beautiful, in a quiet location and featured a serene view and sound of the ocean. The unit had everything one could need. Easy parking below the secured elevator building.

My husband and I celebrated my 50th bday. Waikiki was a great getaway. The home was very clean. Had most of what we needed to make meals. Could use some more dish ware. Overall would definitely return.

Very well maintained. Great views of the ocean and very large. VERY safe! Multiple codes for the doors, elevator and pool, can be hard to remember. My Mom was locked out the morning we left and could not get in the sliding door.

Loved our stay, some things to note.

It's apparent that there's been a lot of care taken to upgrade this unit. We loved the layout, everything felt very open and modern with updated appliances. The view and location was amazing, close to Fenwick so it was very quiet and secluded. Loved that it was a contactless entry with codes provided. Some things that could have improved our stay: -WiFi access was never sent to us even though our check in email states it would be sent. We read that were were issues with other renters having trouble with WiFi access as well. We also could not find the cable box remote and was unable to watch the live tv. - there were a few minor cosmetic needs in the bathroom and kitchen Overall, it was a positive stay and we would rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful time at this oceanfront beach condo. We loved all the windows and the ocean view from both bedrooms. Our unit was exceptionaly clean and we just had one little issue with check in where our code wouldn't work but they sent us another code and we were able to gain access to the unit. I wish it has a screen door on the slider so we could hear the ocean breeze and leave the slider open. Great vacation! We hope to return next year! :)

Beautiful and sweeping ocean views! Apartment was right on the beach, right next to the beach access. Apartment was fitted with nearly everything you need. There were a few things that needed to be repaired when got there, but nothing major (loose towel rack in bathroom, some peeling paint). Great pool in the adjacent building.

Nicely furnished condo with beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. Featured everything you could need. The sofa was hard and uncomfortable; needs to be replaced! Adding cable would be a plus; had to stream everything from my personal apps.

Waikiki 305 is a beautiful condo, with everything you need for your stay. Even towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. But no cable tv only streaming apps. Luckily my son had computer and HDMI cable with him or we wouldn't have had tv all week.

Nice but missing a few details

The location was perfect, right on the beach with a great view and comfortable lounger on the balcony. The check in was smooth (though would have been nice to have a bit more forewarning that I could check-in early other than right at the time early check-in was available). Nice that sheets and towels are provided, there was plenty there for use, even a kitchen towel. The bed was comfortable. Very hard to figure out the TV - said there was cable, but I couldn't find it, only found streaming capabilities, so I just used my own Firestick. Missing a few details I would have thought a regular at a vacation rental and a few improvements to be made to be just perfect: lights on dimmers (they were very bright), curtains or treatments on the sliding doors, dish drying rack, tea kettle. Overall a good place for a vacation, but needs a few more touches to it.

Picture Perfect Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay! Breathtaking ocean views and a beautifully updated condo was exactly what we needed for this family of four. Cannot wait to return! As far as the master bedroom sunlight issue, we found a key to the left of the slider that operates a metal door that comes down from the top. That worked for us at night. There was however two issues with our stay and it has to do with the company hired to clean the condo. The floors did not look vacuumed or cleaned. We had to do that with the vacuum and swiffer mop provided. Also, the bedding and bath towels did not look or smell clean. I had to wash everything. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer in the unit. I know Vacasa would have sent someone to do all of that but I preferred to do it myself. So all in all we enjoyed our stay and are looking into booking again!

Wonderful Condo

Lovely bright and comfortable condo! Clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the breath taking view of the ocean... Listening to the crash of the waves, watching dolphins, and admiring the gracefulness of the pelicans gluing up and down the edge of the water! We would give this 4.5 stars and here's why it lacks a perfect 5: 1.) The balcony furniture was less than desirable. Only 1 lounger. We ended up using a camp chair so that my husband and I both could enjoy tbe view on the balcony. The table and chairs were uncomfortable. Eating meals while sitting on those little chairs was terrible! Hopefully the owners will make the balcony more comfortable by replacing the furniture with a nice Adirondack dining set that you could enjoy hours at a time and be able to see over the railing. 2.) The listing said there was cable. There was only steaming capability. When we wanted to watch any kind of live TV like the Today Show or American Idol we couldn't. No local news or any current tv shows. All in all we would love to come back. Great area! Comfy condo! Loved the showers so much! Comfortable bed and great kitchen to cook simple meals in!

Positives: The location and the waterfront view were great. We also liked the layout of the apartment and the size of the bedrooms. Negatives: The check-in paperwork and the app never mentioned that there is a code to access the building and when we arrived we couldn’t get in! We called the Vacasa office (very rude) and it took about 40 minutes for them to get us the code. *The floors were dirty and both shower drains in the bathroom were clogged….it took them 4 days to fix! The maintenance guy told us that the clog was because someone installed kitchen sink drains in the showers. *There are two parking spots, but one is under the building and VERY tight. We had only one car and used spot 305, which is the better of the two. *The indoor pool and hot tub need to be cleaned. Both of them have a green tint. The pools are also difficult to find. *As others have mentioned, the sunlight really comes in to the master bedroom at sunrise. They should install a curtain over the sliding door to reduce it. *We were very displeased with the customer service from the Vacasa representatives that we encountered and won’t be using them again.
