Completely remodeled bayside waterfront townhome! Families wanted!
Spacious two bedrooms, two bath townhome with canal access to the bay. Private boat slip and 2 parking places in the lot. This family vacation home is in highly desired midtown Ocean City near the park and only a few blocks to the beach, it also has views of the beautiful evening sunset.
Brand new for 2023 both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The unit also features a recently updated full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room area, and living room with fireplace and TV and huge deck overlooking the canal with views to the bay. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with a TV and ceiling fan and access to a balcony with views of the bay. The second bedroom has an adorable boat bunk bed and a pillowtop single bed with a ceiling fan and plenty of windows. This unit also has a queen fold-out couch on the first floor. Sleeps 7-8 comfortably.
Please provide your own linens, towels, and blankets for your stay or you can rent them from PMI rentals at 1-800-320-7469. Free high-speed internet and Roku included.

1) Please take notice of the 25 or over min age requirement. By agreeing to the terms of the rental, you are also verifying that you meet all requirements.
2) For guests with allergies, we can not allow pets of any kind.
3) This is a 2 story townhouse, 1st-floor access with steps. WATER FRONT. 2 parking spaces only, additional street parking is available.
4) During in-season vacations we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedules. You are welcome to stop by to see if the cleaners are complete and if so, you may check in.
5) Of the 3 townhomes in the front view picture, the rental is on the left with side entrance.

Wonderful stay!
This is our second time renting here and it never disappoints!! We absolutely love it!! It is so clean, decorated so cute & we love the deck that looks over the canal and the option to drop in our kayaks! The owners are super accommodating and very responsive!! Thank you for another wonderful family vacation. :)

Awesome Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time! The location was GREAT! We LOVED being on the canal!! Beautiful sunsets & peaceful mornings. We took kayaks and we loved being able to put them in the canal and go out into the bay anytime we wanted. The place was super cute & very clean. The owner's were very responsive & easy to work with. We have been coming to OC every year as a family for 20+ years. We rent every year. This location rates in top of our list! Thank you so much Darrell & Jen, we loved your OC getaway!

Ocean City 2022
We have frequented OCMD for softball tournaments over the past four years and have stayed in different areas and places each time. We were very satisfied with the house and the location. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the canal and seeing the bay. The neighborhood was very friendly and quiet. Two parking spaces were nice too! The teenage girls staying enjoyed the bedroom and there was room to “spread out” and relax. The owners were very communicative and worked with us to ensure our stay was the best it could be. We are considering booking again for the same week next year but we are not certain the team will be playing there next year!!

This was the perfect home away from home for my family. The place was beautiful and well maintained. The decor was tasteful and welcoming, and we had ample room for two families to spread out. Being right at the water made the decks so enjoyable! I would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to book again in the future. This is the perfect vacation spot!
