This spacious and luxurious 3-BR, 2-BA condo has everything you need for a carefree and fun-filled vacation! You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and granite countertops, a roomy and inviting living area perfect for family time, a dedicated dining space, and three tastefully furnished bedrooms. Enjoy a private, fully furnished balcony with a beautiful bay view—ideal for morning coffee or afternoon drinks.

Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island features an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, three private beaches, a fitness center, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island café/restaurant, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, an interactive fountain, and great community activities.
Take a short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets, Fager’s Island, Mackey’s, Dead Freddy’s, and many more!
Amenity Fees: $170.00 covers 6 facility & 2 parking passes. Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week.

Floors were not clean. Kayak paddles and vests were not there. Lock on front door was tricky. Other than that it was perfect
