This new vacation home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and fully furnished, private balcony with stunning fountain views! You will find a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for family dinners. Or, pop out for a short walk to Longboard Café or Mione’s Pizza and Sweet Frog. Beach cart, beach chairs, tubes, and sand toys available in the storage closet. The unit sleeps 8 with a King bed in the primary room, a Queen bed in the second room, and a Twin over Double Bed with a Twin Trundle in the third room. Pack-and-play and games are available in the unit.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, take a stroll or run on the clamshell trail, or fish from the Sunset Island pier. You’re only steps away from Assawoman Bay, so bring your Standup Paddleboard (SUP) or kayak to easily drop in to explore nature and local wildlife. Kayaks and SUP boards are available for rent just outside the Sunset Island entrance.
Enjoy weekly activities at Sunset Island like morning yoga, kids’ crafts, and live music in the evenings (upon availability).
Miniature golf, or Putt Putt, is a short walk from Sunset Island.

Sunset Island is a private Bay Front community located on 67th Street in Ocean City, MD. Only two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers an Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security with Gated Access, and an Interactive Fountain. A short drive to popular restaurants, bars, and shopping, including Seacrets, Fager's Island, Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more.
Amenity Fees: $170.00 covers 6 facility & 2 parking passes.  Please note, additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. 
This property does not allow group rentals. Online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
