Welcome to your modern beach getaway! This luxury 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo is perfectly located offering you the best of Ocean City all within easy walking distance. Only two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, there are numerous other amenities close by including restaurants, a designated bike route, and OC Town Skate and Family Park.

With an open concept design, there is plenty of light and room to spread out and relax. Whether you are enjoying the 85 inch TV in the living room or relaxing on one of the three private balconies, there is something for everyone.

Relax and unwind in our three bedrooms with accompanying smart TV's and ensuite bathrooms. For families, the bunk bedroom is a great place for kids to stay and has a full sized tub with shower. With its four beds along with a large sleeper sofa located in the living room, the condo comfortably sleeps up to ten guests.

The full kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to create a memorable meal or choose from any of the nearby restaurants within easy walking distance. For coffee lovers, there is a Keurig Duo, along with a French Press, pour over coffee maker and grinder.

Parking is easy with your own garage in addition to the ample street parking. There are four new adult Huffy Cruiser bikes with locks included that can be ridden on the boardwalk or on the bike path located directly in front of the condo. A full sized ping pong table, corn hole, backpack beach chairs, and wagon provide everything you need to enjoy the beach or stay at home for entertainment. After a day at the beach, take a dip in the community pool located just steps from the garage.
