Easy access to the bus & a quick walk to the boards and many restaurants and pubs! Steps from both the beach and convention center! Your host is always available for questions 8:30 a.m. - 5 pm. After hours please email for non emergencies. There is an after hours emergency contact during your stay. Please make sure this is for emergency purpose. If you are going to be checking in after our office closes, please make sure you have all of your check in information with you in order to access condo & for parking instructions. This property does take high school seniors. There is a cancellation fee of 99.00 for all cancellations made after 24 hours from reserving. Our cancellation policy is if cancelled 31 days prior, full refund. Anything from 30 days is 50% refunded.

Located on 43rd Street, Ocean Block across from Convention Center. Perfect for those seeking to stay for a convention, event or just family time! Kristy Greg is located close to some of the locals favorite restaurants, Barn 34 is AMAZING and does both breakfast and dinner. Shotti's for a cocktail, wings and some shrimp or crab pizza & Dough Roller for all your Italian needs! While in town, we always recommend Touch of Italy as it is our favorite & if you are looking for all you can eat crabs, just look down from your balcony at the blue roof!
